Vaarnii is in a phase of rapid growth and looking for a Head of Operations to join our ambitious team. Working closely with the CEO, your job is to take ownership of many operational aspects of running the company.

Responsibilities:

• Part of the management team, provide data-based information to support decision making.
• Own the purchasing process and develop a robust planning system.
• Re-design and manage inbound & outbound logistic processes.
• Run the financial planning & accounting functions of the business.
• Manage the supplier network and work together with the design team to create efficiencies.

Experience desired:

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude – No job is too big or too small.
• Background with start-ups is a big plus.
• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
• University education preferably engineering, finance or climate tech.
• Good command of English. Finnish and other languages considered a plus.

Job is based in Helsinki, Finland and applicants with a valid EU working permit preferred. Some travel required.
