  • All Vaarnii products are made in Finland. Over 99,99% of the pine we use originates from Finnish forests. Only for our lighting, we use FSC certified pine veneer sourced from Poland. Please check the Makers section of our website for full list of our manufacturing partners. 

  • All Vaarnii products are finished with stain-resistant, water-repellent hardwax-oil. Pine is a soft wood and will suffer some dents and scratches over time. We ask you to embrace and enjoy these characterful signs of aging. Pine will naturally change color as it ages with your pale piece of furniture will gradually maturing to a beautiful honey color over the course of several years. Please check our Care & Maintenance Guide for care care instructions.

Order

  • In addition to our online store, Vaarnii maintains established relationships with carefully selected dealers. Please check our local dealers page or inquire for a referral closest to your location.

  • As long as the order has not been shipped out from our warehouse, it can be changed or canceled. Please reach out to info@vaarnii.com as soon as possible with your order number so we can help you in the best way. 

Shipping & Payment

  • Online orders on vaarnii.com are available for customers based in EU countries. If you wish to order outside the EU, please check options through one of our dealers

  • You can choose to pay with xxxx. 

  • We process your order within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the stock status of the product, which you can check on each product page. Our general delivery time for items in stock is 5–7 business days and 6–8 weeks for items not in stock. 

  • Shipping costs are based on the size of your items and your shipping address. These will be calculated at checkout. 

  • We schedule shipments with the contact details you provide at checkout (email, phone number, and delivery address). Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays and provide any additional information, such as a door code if necessary. 


    Orders are delivered on weekdays during business hours. Our delivery partner will send you a tracking number once your order ships. Please monitor the tracking information. If the suggested delivery time doesn’t work for you, contact the delivery company to reschedule. If you are not home at the scheduled delivery time, your order may be returned to our warehouse, and you’ll need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery, which will incur an additional fee based on the original delivery charge. 

  • The delivery method is based on the size of the items in your order. Smaller items like chairs and stools are delivered to your door, while larger items like tables and outdoor furniture are shipped on pallets and delivered curbside. You can see the shipping method of each product on the product page. 

  • You can return undamaged items within 14 days for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All returned items must be returned in their original condition and in original packaging.
